Personal Data Collected

The only Personal Data FFRF currently collects through the website is the Personal Data that is voluntarily provided to FFRF by users. For example, users may complete an audition application through the Website. To do so, a user must enter certain Personal Data.

Non-Personal Data Collected

Other data that does not qualify as Personal Data because it cannot be used to contact or identify Users (“Non-Personal Data”) may also be automatically collected about the user. For example, FFRF may use technology to automatically collect Non-Personal Data about the use of the FFRF Website. This technology is used to track how many users access the FFRF Website, the date and time of their visits, the length of their stays, and which pages they view. FFRF may also use technology to determine which web browsers users use and the address from which they accessed the Website. The information collected using this technology does not identify any user personally and is thus all Non-Personal Data that simply enables FFRF to compile statistics about users and their use of the FFRF Website. Disclosure of Personal Data Collected

FFRF may disclose Personal Data to third parties under certain limited circumstances. FFRF may disclose Personal Data to third parties if a user has requested that FFRF do so. Security Measures

FFRF uses industry standard security measures to protect your Personal Data. All data collected through end-user input forms, such as the membership sign-up, goes through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL establishes an encrypted link between the browser and FFRF’s web server, rather than sending the data in plain text, so that those data are not vulnerable to being intercepted and used by an attacker. FFRF’s website also has a web application firewall, including the administrative portion of the site. This helps prevent the site from being hacked and allowing hackers to gain access to users’ personal information. While FFRF works diligently to protect your data, and while such security measures provide reasonable protections against unauthorized access, they provide no absolute guarantee that your Personal Data will not be compromised, for example, due to an illegal hacking attempt.
